Hi doc. Good afternoon. Magtatanong Lang po sana ako, I'm 35 and this is my first baby. My last men's is March 10. Supposedly April 7 po dadatnan nko kc 28 day cycle po ako. Pero Ndi po ako dinadatnan, April 10 ng hpt po and faint line ang lumabas. May hint na po ako n buntis nko, until April 12 po ng umpisa po akong mg spotting. Patuloy po ung spotting ko, ng PT po ulit ako april 14 ng umaga this time po malinaw n ung two lines. April 20 po Ngpacheck up ako kc Ndi tumitigil at mismong nong 20 mejo lumakas, naging light bleeding n sya. Ngpa ultra sound ako, Wala p daw makitang embryo kc masyado pang maaga.binigyan lng ako ng duphaston pampakapit daw. May next schedule is sa May 4 pa, kinakabahan po kc ako, possible po ba na Wala n ang baby ko dahil sa bleeding?Salamat po

The best way to know is sa next follow up mo. You were given Duphaston naman na pampakapit. Minsan kasi that is considered an abortus already, pero may OB GYN na binibigyan ng chance yung baby and try repeat UTZ after a week. Kung makita dito na wala na ang bata, then it means ikaw ay nakunan

Thank you for your reply. I went to my OB for my follow up check up last May 4, unfortunately after the ultrasound, my pregnancy is Ectopic. That afternoon, I undergo surgery. napakalungkot Ko po Kc first baby ko at 9 years po naming na hinintay to ng hubby ko.
