Kapag may kaso ng nakabinbin sa kanya maaring hindi sya makalabas ng Italy hangga't hindi niya ito mafully served or magkaroon ng settlement. Maaring haharangin sya ng Immigration ng Italy kaya importante if settled na ang case may dala-dala syang certification na cleared na sya sa kaso. Mas mabuti sigurong i settle muna niya ang kaso before sya uuwi. Pwede naman maverify niya ang status sa Immigration doon kung talagang may kasong nakabinbin sa kanya incase wala pa sya natanggap ng summons at maaring humingi ng legal na advice from our embassy there.
Hello po atty Salamat po,sabi daw po kasi ng police ay maghintay daw po ng 6 n buwan bago dumating sa bahay ang notification letter from the tribunale,e uuwe daw po siya ng july o august,February 2018 po siya hiningan ng documents ng police from that month po to august e 6 months po yun,paano po yun magkakaproblema kaya po sa immigration?i hold po kaya siya?wala po siya balak takasan bakasyon lang po talaga At May trabaho po naghihintay sa kanya sa italy At napakaganda po ng trabho kaya hindi po niya balak takasan,family issue lang po kaya uuwe Salamat po ulet atty malaking tulong po ang maibibigay ninyong advice
