Ano-ano nga ba ang mga bagay na ikinahihiya natin? Importanteng comportable tayo sa eskwela, sa opisina o kahit saan mang okasyon o salo-salo tayo pumunta. Maaapektuhan ang ating attention sa mga bagay-bagay kung may isang bagay tayong iniisip tulad ng pagpapawis ng ating mga kili-kili. Hindi natin masasabi na hindi normal ang pagpapawis ng ating mga kili-kili dahil isa ito sa mga indikasyon na healthy ang isang tao. And paglalabas ng ating katawan ng pawis o sweat ay isang normal na paraan upang mailabas ang init at ma-regulate ang temperature ng ating katawan. Nagigigng abnormal lamang ito o isang medical condition kung nagkakaroon ng excessive sweating sa kili-kili na tinatawag na axillary hyperhidrosis. Personal grooming is a form of personal hygiene. Narito ang mga ilang tips upang maiwasan ang namamasa at pagpapawis ng ating mga kili-kili o underarms.

Isa din sa pinakamahalagang epekto ng ehersisyo ay ang pagbabawas ng timbang. Napagaralan na may connection ang pagiging overweight sa pagpapawis ng sobra. Ihalo ang baking soda sa tubig upang magkaroon ng makapal na paste. Ipahit ito sa kili-kili, at hayaan sa loob ng 20-30 minutes. Pagkatapos ay hugasan ito ng tubig.

• Apply deodorant or body spray every morning and keep a container with yourself in case you need it. Do not spray yourself with too much perfume or aftershaves. A subtle fragrance is more pleasing to the senses than the overwhelming ones.

Skin care is another such aspect that you must take care of. Most of the women do not have the soft and smooth skin that is desired. Follow the proper skin care regime so that your skin is moisturized and has a natural glow. Use sunscreen when you go out of doors and drink enough water to keep your body fluids in balance.

• Shampoo your hair often and keep it healthy and shiny. Cut and trim your hair regularly, including nose hairs. Your hair cut and style should complement directly to your facial features and shapes. The cut should also be according to the profession you are pursuing. Air dry is better than towel dry. Keep dirt off brushed and combs.

• Keep your finger nails neat and clean. Avoid painting them with dark or bright colors unless it is a special occasion.

• Always be simple and neatly dressed to impress others. Avoid using showy toenail colors which are too shiny or catchy.

• Avoid wearing clothes that are stained, look crumpled or smell of body odors.

• And at last but not the least, eat a proper balanced and healthy diet. And exercise regularly. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables to the maximum and fast food to the minimum.

Simple dress and good manners reflect you are confident, reliable and considerate. Personal grooming additionally involves how you eat. Dining etiquette is important. Put the napkin on the lap rather than your scruff of the neck. Make minimum noise with the utensils if you are eating. Sleep and exercises also help in keeping your skin looking perfectly groomed.
