May penalty ba at paano mabawi passport kapag nag back out sa pag abroad?

Nag-apply po kami ng kaibigan ko na DH. Ngyon po na process na po ang medical namin pati dhnc2. Ngyon po ayaw na po pumayag ng nanay ko kasi po ang daming nababalita sa TV bout dh. Pagmmaltro ng di mganada. Panu ko po ba mababawi ang passport namin? May penalty po ba iyon kung sakali?

Hindi ko masasagot ang tanong mo. Una, hindi ko nakita ang pinirmahan mong kontrata (placement contract) sa agency. Pangalawa, hindi ko nakita kung ano ang kasunduan ninyo tungkol sa kung magbago ang isip mo patungkol sa pag-alis.

Ang pinaka-maigi, dalhin mo ang kopya noong placement contract mo at lahat ng documents mo at pumunta ka sa pinaka-malapit na tanggapan ng Public Attorney's Office. Ang mga abogado doon ay puedeng magpayo sa iyo.

Generally, kung nagka-gastos na ang placement agency para maka-kuha ng trabaho para sa iyo, para mabawi mo ang passport mo, kailangan mong i-reimburse ang placement agency doon sa mga ginastos na nila. Kasi, hindi naman sila nagkulang, at handa naman silang ikaw ay i-deploy pero nagbago ang isip mo.

Ibang usapan na kung halimbawa ay hindi kayo nai-deploy tulad ng kanilang ipinangako at dahil sa tagal at haba ng iyong paghihintay, nawalan ka na ng gana umalis at magtrabaho abroad. So, ang kailangan ay makita ng abogado ang pinirmahan mong placement contract. kasi, ito ang masusunod patungkol sa kung ano ang puede mong gawin.
