Sinabi mong may agency naman na nag asikaso sa iyo so medyo naguluhan ako. Try mong i verify sa POEA licensed ba ang agency at anumang reklamo/issue sa application mo pwede namang magpatulong sa kanila dahil may mga legal officers sila na mag assist sa iyo. But again if you are applying for a direct hiring basis walang masyadong control ang gobyerno sa employer mo.
