I'm only 19 years old po and yung menstruation ko po kasi is Hindi po normal, tumatagal lang siya ng 3-4 days then the next day patak2x nalang siya. Last regla ko po is Sept. 11 pang 38 days ko na po ngayon Hindi parin po ako dinadatnan. Then knina nag research po ako about normal menstruation nakita ko na 21-35 days kapag dumadating yung regla, natatakot po kasi ako baka may PCOS po ako.

Hi Raicel! Ang menstrual cycle ng isang babae ay usually 28-31 days cycle. Ngunit ito ay iba-iba sa bawat individual. Tumatagal din ito usually 3-5 days.
