Ngayon po, sa ilalim po ng Family code, isa lamang po ang ground ng annulment, at ito ay psychological incapacity ng asawa ninyo. Ibig po sabihin nito ay isang personality disorder, isang problema sa pag-iisip. Ngayon, kung mai-uugnay ninyo (at ng psychologist ninyo) na ang pananakit sa inyo ay bunsod ng isang problema sa pag-iisip, maaari po ninyong ipa-annul ang inyong kasal.
