2months ka po sa pinasukan mong company, at nagresign ka agad, wala po ba talagang backpay at 13th month.friend ko po kasi ang may problem sa isang company. at yung huling araw na pinasok niya po is hindi binayaran. kasi po oct. 05, 2017 po nag start ng work po nag resign po ng dec. 05. nagpa clearance naman po siya at pinirmahan naman po ng head niya ang clearance. dec. 05 din po effective date ng resignation niya po dahil emergency po ang pag reresign niya.wla pong binigay sa kanya na 13th month at backpay. kahit po pinasok niya nung nov. 27, 29, 30, dec. 01, 02, 04, 05, 2017 hindi din po binayaran sa kanya. ano po ba ang dapat gawin?

Dapat puntahan niya ang HR ng company niya o kaya basahin yong kontrata niya usually pag nagresign ka hindi mo agad makukuha ang last pay mo at 13th they will give 30 days bago makuha yan. Ask the HR kung kailan makukuha ang back pay niya. At kung ayaw talagang ibigay at may sapat na ibedinsya sya na talagang pumasok sya sa mga araw na iyon ngunit hindi sya binayaran maaring magpatulong sa sya opisina ng DOLE they will assist na kontakin yong company niya.
