I don't know. If the agency is a reliable and reputable agency, ang timano, kapag nag-cancel ka ng application mo, ibibigay kaagad sa iyo ang iyong mga documents. Kung halimbawa'y nagka-gastos na sila sa processing, pababayaran sa iyo ang mga nagastos na nila at matapos mo itong bayaran, ibabalik na kaagad sa iyo ang iyong passport.
