Dapat married na. Hindi naman nakadepende ang status mo sa mga ID at pagiging beneficiary ng isang insurance lang. Dapat iupdate mo lahat ng records mo ng ikaw ay single pa lamang at magagawa lamang ito sa pamamagitan ng pagpapakita ng Marriage Certificate sa mga opisina kung saan needing updates. Ito ay makakatulong din naman sa iyo at ng mga anak mo na iupdate lahat ng records sa kasalukuyan. Pagkatapos niyan magiging beneficiary kana ng asawa mo at sya din sa iyo.
Sensya na po ang ibig ko po sabihin. Wala pa po ako naiiupdate na married sa status ko sing nagpakasal po kami. Kaso naghiwalay na po kami. Maari po ba rin na single pa rin lahat ng ID at passport ko na maiden name pa rin?

Well, maari mong gawin yan but under our law married kana at as long as hindi na pawalang bisa ang kasal ninyo mananatili kang married. If you think that will benefit you much then you are free to do it but remember your marriage is registered already in Philippine Statistics Office. May mga nature of work kasi na nagrequire na sabihin ang totoong status mo at maaring magdulot ng masama sa iyo for being dishonest in giving your information if hindi mo sasabihin ang totoo.
