Blackmail: Demand sa kalahati ng sweldo ng asawa

Magandang araw po. Ako po ay legally married pero dahil sa hndi magandang pagsasama kami po ay nagkaroon ng agreement na "hiwalay" na kami, pro wala po itong kasulatan at hindi po kami annulled. Meron po kaming mga anak at eversince good provider po ako. Ako po ay isang ofw at sya naman po ay housewife. Ngayon po, ako poy kanyang binablack mail naipapakulong daw po nya ako pag hindi ako nagbigay sa kanya ng kalahati ng sweldo ko kada buwan. May karapatan po ba sya na gawin ito sakin o ipakulong ako. Meron daw po syang attorney. Ano pong maganda kong gawin dito, ayaw ko po magbigay ng kalahati ng sweldo ko dahil napaka busayak po nya sa pera. Yun po ang dahilan kung bakit kami naghiwalay. Totoo po bang masasampahan nya ako ng kaso o hindi po ako dapat masindak sa mga pamba blackmail nya? Sana po ay matulungan po ninyo ako. Salamat po

Hello. Support for one's children is always dependent on the prevailing circumstances. Ano ang ibig sabihin nito?

1. It depends sa kakayanan ng tao kung magkano ang kanyang ibibigay na support para sa kanyang mga anak. Halimbawa, kung walang trabaho ang isang tao, ano naman ang support na maibibigay niya? Kung halimbawa'y ang kinikita ng isang tao ay $10,000 sa isang buwan pero ang binibigay niyang support para sa kanyang anak ay $100 lamang isang buwan, hindi ito sasapat para sa basic na panganailangan ng bata para sa pagkain, pananamit, matutuluyang bahay, gastos sa pag-aaral at medical na gastusin kung magkasakit.

2. Ang taong nagbibigay ng support para sa kanyang anak ay kailangan din namang mabuhay, so ibig sabihin nito, kailangan ding gumastos ng ama, katulad mo para sa kanyang sariling food, clothing, shelter, medical bills at savings. So, hindi naman puedeng ibigay ang lahat ng kinikita para sa support ng bata.

Sa ilalim ng batas na ito, ang magulang na hindi magbigay ng karampatang support para sa kanilang mga anak ay maaaring sampahan ng asuntong kriminal dahil sa ito ay itinuturing na isang form of child abuse.
