Wala pong kasong identity theft sa Pilipinas. Ang puede po ninyong ireklamo laban sa kanila ay falsification of public document.

Kasi po, dahil sa ginamit ang inyong pangalan at civil status, hindi na po kayo puede magpakasal. At kung kayo'y mag-a-abroad, hindi po ninyo puedeng ilagay na single kung sa NSO ay married na kayo.

You need to find a good criminal lawyer. Your lawyer will help you by going to the NBI. And then, you will have to file criminal complaints in the Prosecutor's Office.
