Blank po kasi nkalagay sa father ko at moter ko lang nklgay sa birth certificate,, ang sagot naman po sa akin ng local civil rgstrar dati po eh pnpygan gamitin noon ang middle name ng nanay mrami nga po katulad ko pinakita niya birth certificate.. Dapt ko po b tlaga ipaalis ., paranga error nga po attorney kasi middle initial lng cia hindi buo na middle name,, malaki po ba mgagastos doon.?
