Pakiramdam ko po may ibang babae ang asawa ko. Kung sakali po b na mapatunayan ko at may evidence po ako n hawak. Ano po ang pwede ko ikaso s kanila? Makukulong b sila pareho?



Topic: I've got a feeling that my husband has another woman. If I can prove this and provide evidence, what can I do to charge or sue them? Can they be jailed?

Depende kung ano ang ginagawa ng iyong asawa. Kung ang kanyang babae ay kanyang ibinabahay, ito ay concubinage. Kung nagpakasal sila kahit na siya'y kasal pa sa iyo, puede mo siyang kasuhan ng bigamy.

pero, kung halimbawa dahil sa kanyang pambabae ay hindi niya binibigyan ng suporta ang inyong mga anak, mas maigi sigurong idemanda mo siya ng Child Abuse -- dahil sa ngayon, ang magulang (lalo na ang ama) na hindi magbigay ng suporta sa kanyang mga anak ay maaaring ihabla sa ilalim ng violence against women and their children).
