Pwede ba kasuhan asawa ko kapag nagpakasal ulit sa Islam rites?

Pwede ko po bang kasuhan ang asawa ko na nag convert sa Muslim at nagpakasal sa Kuwait? Wala akong alam tungkol sa Islam. Malakas ang loob nung kabit niya dahil umuwe pa sila ng Pinas sa bahay ng biyenan ko.

May nakapagsabi sa akin na nakapag research na yung kabit ng asawa ko na alam nya na hindi sila makukulong. Naguguluhan ako, at isa pa hindi sinosuportahan ang anak ko.. Ano kaya ang dapat kong gawin gusto ko makulong ang asawa ko.. Salamat po ng marami

Naku, ako po ay hindi bihasa sa Shari'a law. Pero, ang alam ko, kung ang isang lalaki ay magpapa-convert sa Islam mula sa pagiging Katoliko, hindi nito napapa-walang bisa ang kanyang unang kasal.

Ang alam ko din, kung siya'y magpapakasal sa pangalawa, kailangang may approval ang kanyang first wife. At hindi din puede na hindi susuportahan ng lalaki ang anak at asawa sa una kasi, pumapayag lamang ang Muslim law na kumuha ng ibang asawa kung kayang buhayin ng lalaki ang kanyang mga pamilya.

Mahirap po akong magbigay ng payo sa inyo, una, hindi ko po alam ang lahat ng detalye, sunod, hindi ko po batid kung kailan kayo naikasal, kung saan kayo naikasal at kung anong batas ang sumasaklaw sa inyong kasal.

ngunit, ang aking alam ay, kung pinapayagan ng relihiyon ng inyong asawa ang magkaroon pa ng ibang asawa, hindi tatalab ang kasong bigamiya laban sa kanya.
