Ah, it depends po.

Libel is the act of PUBLISHING words that tend to besmirch the reputation of another person. So, kung sinabi lamang sa inyo ang mga masasakit na salita, pero, personal sa inyo, at hindi ito NAILATHALA, hindi po ito libel.

Kung naman po ang mga masasakit na salita ay mapanlait sukat na ang inyong pagkatao ay nayurakan, kung kayo po ay kasal o nagsasama, at ito ay ginawa noong panahon na kayo at nagsasama, maaari po itong sumailalim ng violence against women kasi, verbal abuse po ito.

Kung ang mga masasakit na mga salita naman po ay nailagay sa Facebook or sa social media, ito naman po ay maaaring sumailalim sa CYBER LIBEL.

So, depende po sa mga circumstances kung saan at kailan at paano nasabi ang mga masasamag salita.

Patungkol naman po sa paghahabla para maka-kuha ng suporta para sa mga anak, ang hindi po pag-bibigay ng suporta ay isa na ngayong criminal act. Ibig sabihin po, ang lalaking hindi sumustento sa mga anak ay tinitignan ng batas na MAPANG-ABUSO sa kaniyang asawa at mga anak. Ito po ay may kaukulang parusang pagka-kulong.

Ang problema nga laang po, kung ipapakulong ninyo ang inyong asawa na ayan magpadala ng suporta, eh, di, lalo siyang hindi makakapag-bigay ng suporta dahil sa makukulong siya at hindi makakapag-trabaho.
