Applying for US B-2 visitor visa

May PRC license po ako pero wala po akong work experience as a nurse.

At the same time, magmamanage din po ako ng aming coconut farm at rice farm.

Strong ties to the Philippines? Usually kasi, the US Embassy wants to see evidence of ownership ng bahay at lupa, ownership ng condominium, ownership ng car. A friend of mine who has a radio show on AM, and one who has a law office and is a registered attorney were both given visas precisely because they have ties that will make sure that they come back to the Philippines.

Sabi mo, ikaw ay dating nag-ta-trabaho sa BPO, actually, a job is a good indicator na ikaw ay babalik sa Pilipinas, kaso, dahil sa BPO industry ka nagta-trabaho, at doon ay 6 months lang ang contract, one individual contract of employment will not show strong ties to the Philippines -- kailangan ay series of contracts, siguro.

A bank account na may mahabang series of transactions, mga time deposit, etc. those are strong ties.
