Mahaharang ba ng immigration sa Kuwait ang isang OFW na may natitira pang loan sa bangko kung siya ay mag final exit na? Kahit updated ang pagbabayad niya ng loan sa bangko?

Naku, hindi ko masasagot itong tanong mo. Una, hindi ko alam kung sa Kuwait, ang pagkaka-utang ay maaaring maging basehan ng isang hablang kriminal. Dito kasi sa Pilipinas, kung basta utang lang kasong civil lang ang kalimitang isinasampa para mabayaran ang utang. Kung walang fraud o panloloko, at tunay na hindi lamang makabayad, collection case lang usually ang isinasampa.

Hindi ko alam sa Kuwait kung pareho lang dito sa atin. Ang pinaka-maigi ay magtanong ka sa Embassy or di kaya, magtanong ka sa Immigration Office sa Kuwait.
