Married pero sa mga legal documents status is still single

Anu po magiging problema sa express entry application ko sa canada kung kasal aq pero status ko is single pa din sa mga documents like SSS etc.? And if ever ano po dapat kong gawin? 2 months lang kame nagsama as married couple kasi iniwan nya kame and 7 years na din kameng hiwalay.Thanks.

Naku, ewan ko lang sa Canada, ha? Pero kasi, a US, kung makita na may discrepancy ang papeles mo, tinitignan nilang concealment at misrepresentation ang ginawa mong application kasi, sa dokumento, ikaw ay single pero sa totoo, ikaw ay married. So, ibig sabihin, fake ang mga documents ninyo.

They do run a verification check of your documents. Kung halimbawa mag-aaply ka ng permanent residency or citizenship, magkaka-problema ka. Kung ang anak mo (kung meron, hindi ko naman alam, so example lang) ay iyong pepetisyunin sa hinaharap, mahihirapan ka din, lalo na kung halimbawa, ang apelyido ng bata ay apelyido ng ama. Bago mo madala sa Canada ang bata, kailangan na may consent ang ama ng bata.

Maraming problema ang iyong pagkakaroon ng papeles na hindi tugma sa realidad. At ang isa pa, kung ang iyong kasal ay hindi pa nadi-declare na annulled, ito pa rin ay isang valid na marriage. Ang marriage ay valid until declared void. So, kung wala kayong decree of annulment, kasal pa rin kayo -- you cannot choose to be single again after you decided that your husband is no longer important to you. Problemang malaki iyan.
