Pwede ba magisa pumunta United States, kapag ang immigrant visa ay valid only if accompanied by father mother or spouse?

Puwede po ba mag travel mag isa ang daughter ko papuntang US? Nakuha nya na ang immigrant visa nya 2 weeks ago pero may anotation na: Valid only if acc/ftj father/mother/spouse. Ang principal applicant ay ang father nya na nasa US na naka based. 20 years old na ang daughter ko.

I do not see how a 20 year old needs to be accompanied by her parents. Since the parent was the one that applied for the petition for immigration in her behalf. And then, the mother also has an application for immigration to the US, and under their rules, if there is an application for immigration, they cannot go to the US under a tourist visa. Hindi ko lang alam kung nagbago na ang mga patakarang iyan. Nagkaroon kasi ng mga overhaul ang immigration rules ng US matapos ang 9-11. Mas naghigpit.

Bakit po hindi kayo magtanong sa US Embassy? Bakit po hindi kayo mag-Google sa internet ay maghanap ng chatline sa State Department? Sa ilalim ng US Immigration and Naturalization Service? (Hindi ko alam, mukhang nagbago na rin ang pangalan ng office na ito, mukhang, if I remember right, ICE na ang tawag sa dating INS.) I'm not sure.
