I am sorry to hear about your marriage and immigration troubles. Una sa lahat, I am a lawyer in the Philippines and I am familiar with marriage and immigration laws in the Philippines. But, I am not familiar with marriage and immigration laws in Japan.

The best way for you to know kung puede ka ngang i-divorce ng iyong asawang Japanese, is to Google it. Then, look for websites of the Japanese government that explains divorce proceedings in Japan.

I Googled the question: "Can a Filipina wife of a Japanese national divorce her without her signature?" I was led to this website:

http://www.nic-nagoya.or.jp/en/e/archives/5018

It appears that in Japan, a divorce petition may be accepted by the municipal government where the Japanese national resides even if it is a divorce by agreement (ibig sabihin ay nagkasundo ang mag-asawa na mag-divorce na lang).

Please look at that website. It is an official government website of the Nagoya Prefecture. Hope this is of help to you.
