May binayaran din po kami nung nag fill up po ako nung form na yun. Ang tanong ko po yun na po ba ang parang registration nung kasal sa NSO o kami pa rin po ang mag rerehistro nun.

Yung report of Birth at Report of Marriage na yung registration noong kasal ninyo na ginanap sa ibang bansa. Ang hindi ko lang alam, ay kung anong bansa kayo kinasal. Kasi, wari, kung sa ibang bansa kayo kinasal pero, sa Philippine Embassy din kayo nagpakasal, may Marriage Certificate din kayo.
Sa ngayon, yung Report of Marriage ay annotation kang sa Certificate of Live Birth ng mga anak mo para may ebidensiya na sila ay legitimate children. Ito ang dahilan kung kaya ang inyong marriage ay ipina-report din.

Sa Swaziland po ako kinasal, nung nag palit ako ng passport at nung nag pa passport yung anak ko pinag fill up kami ng Embassy ng Report of Marriage at Report of Birth, sabi daw po e papadala yung copy nung report of Marriage at report of Birth sa DFA tapos from DFA to NSO. Nito lang pong December 2016 umuwi po ako ng pilipinas at nag ask sa NSO kung may record ako wala daw po silang natatangap pa from DFA, kaya wala silang maibigay sa akin sa Copy, Kasi po yung marriage contract ko na issue ng Swaziland Government ay di daw pwede gamitin sa mga transaction na pag papalit ng status sa SSS, yun lang daw pong galing sa NSO ang tatangapin nila.
