Just want to ask what should I do for I have employer in UK and Australia, I work for them as Aupair/Nanny but I don't the process.

I don't understand, Ate. YOu are in Hong Kong and you already obtained a job in Australia as an au pair nanny? I am not so familiar with the au pair nanny. As far as I know, an "au pair" is a concept from French law.
Ang isang "au pair" ay isang estudyante na naka-enroll sa isang university, na kailangan ng matutuluyan at may makakain kung kaya't ipagpapalit niya ang kanyang oras na pag-babantay sa mga anak ng mga taong kukupkop sa kanya. The au pair has a student visa. The au pair may be given a monthly allowance, but not a salary because if the au pair has a salary, then the au pair will be considered "employed" and must have a working visa.
At ang "au pair" visa ay available lamang sa EU member countries kasi nga, may integration sila sa EU. Ang mga citizens ng member countries ay malayang makapanirahan, magtrabaho at mag-aral sa iba pang EU member countries -- these are treaty rights.
Hindi pa po ganap na naipapatupad ang integration na tulad nang sa EU dito sa Asean, kasi, kung ganoon, at ang Australia ay kumatig sa Asean integration, we will have similar treaty rights.
Ang alam ko, from personal and professional experience, sa Australia, you can be given a student visa or a tourist visa with the right to look for employment provided that you will apply for an employment visa if you do find a job and you are accepted for a job. As far as I know (and I don't profess to know much about Australian immigration, mind you), there are no au pair visas to Australia.
