Kung halimbawa, nakipag-contrata kang magta-trabaho sa isang kumpanya at may kontrata kayo at hindi naman ito na-labag sa kahit na ano'ng paraan, lamang ay, mas mataas ang pa-suweldo sa ibang kumpanya, you are actually bound by your contractual obligations, to finish your contract unless there is a provision in your contract which allows you to unilaterally break contractual relations.

Ibig sabihin nito, the might of the Philippine government is not backing you up.

Ngunit, you will have to apply for a new visa. This time, you will have to apply for a visa by yourself. Will your new employer shoulder this expense?

So, puede bang mag-bago ng trabaho? Sure. Is it wise? Well, I cannot say. I do not know all the facts here.

I cannot answer your question. I do not know what happened. I do not know what the e-stamp is for. But, I think it would be the Saudi Embassy. It could be a security feature to prevent fake visas. I don't know.
