Bakit na di delayed ang posting nang mga benefits especially sss, pag-ibig?

I've been working almost a year, sa months na nag wo work ako february lang ang na post, sabi nang book keeper namin na di delayed daw ang posting sa mga sss, tsaka pag-ibig/ sa system daw.

I'm sorry, this is not really a legal question. You can ask the SSS itself. Kasi, SSS accepts payments through banks and bayad centers. So, the payments you made will have to wait for a few days before these are posted.

Sa SSS ka mismo mag-verify. Baka naman delayed talaga ang payment ng employer mo. Kasi, ang alam ko, computerized na ang SSS, so, days lang ang hinihintay para ma post ang payments.

So, pag delayed daw ang posting, i-check mo sa SSS. Kapag ganoon, mag-file ka ng complaint sa SSS dahil sa criminal case ang hindi mag-remit ng SSS contributions ng mga employees. Basta, kailangan mo lang ng kopya ng payslip mo para ipakita na kinaltas na sa iyo ang payment pero hindi pa ito ibinayad sa SSS.

I would like to ask an advised on what pag-ibig can offer for those companies who CANNOT get an account with those special banks? Actually, we already have a bank account unfortunately, the bdo would not transact any remittances. Then, my boss is a ForeignNational and we are having trouble in opening an account. The bank will refuse us coz we do not have enough Philippine Identification Card for our boss. And also he is outside the country. We don't want our transaction will stop just because we did not open an account. Do you have any idea for this?
