Delayed release of work visa (Qatar)

Anyway, I am hoping that my visa is not stagnating for any unjustifiable reason. My fingers are crossed for the expedited release of visa.

Well, it's your documents, diba? You have a right to at least verify that a visa has been applied for in your name.

As to Ramadan, ang alam ko, business as usual ang mga government offices pero, the employees are fasting so, at sundown, they make sure they are home so that they can eat. It may be similar there, I am not sure.

I have no relevant experience in this matter. I know the law, Philippine law, but I do not know the office hours of the Qatar Embassy during Ramadan. This is outside of my knowledge. Please Google the number of the Embassy of Qatar in the Philippines and inquire. The only way you can get answers is if you ask questions, diba?

I don't think there's any harm in that.
