Deployment na hindi itinuloy, dahil nabuntis. May penalty ba? Naka hold ba sa POEA?

May itatanong lang po sana ko regarding po sa case namin ng husband ko work abroad..


Ano po ang magiging penalty namin kung hindi po namin tinuloy ang pag alis po namin? Nabuntis po kasi ako. Nakapirma na po kami ng contract, may visa napo.

Nasa kanila po ang passport namin.


Ano possible na magiging case o problema po namin dahil hindi po kami tumuloy?


Naka hold po ba kami sa POEA pag ganyan o sa agency lang po at pati sa lugar na dapat ay pupuntahan namin sa Saudi Arabia?

Ang pagka-buntis ay usually hindi dahilan para ang isang tao ay hindi makapg-trabaho. Ang ibig sabihin mo siguro, ayaw mo nang mag-tuloy sa pagta-trabaho abroad dahil sa ikaw ay buntis na. Iba kasi iyon.

Kung kayo ay may contract na na-napirmahan na, ito ay binding na sa inyo. kailangan na kayong umalis. Ngayon, kung nagbago ang inyong isip at ayaw na ninyong umalis dahil nga sa nagdadalang-tao ka na, isipin ninyong nagka-gastos na ang agency ninyo para maka-kuha kayo ng visa (may bayad ang visa application, eh). marami nang nagastos ang agency. nagpa-medical na siguro kayo, etc.

so, malamang sa ang mangyayari niyan, kayo ay pag-babayarin noong nagastos noong inyong agency para maka-kuha noong inyong visa. So, bayaran laman ninyo iyona, puede na ninyong makuha ulit ang inyong mga pasaporte. Kung halimbawa'y nakabili na rin ng ticket para sa inyo, babayaran din ninyo iyong ticket.

Kung ang tanong mo ay kung may legal bang problema na dulot nito, as in magkaka-kaso ba kayo? Sa palagay ko naman ay wala. Iyon na nga lang, hindi maibabalik sa inyo ang inyong mga passport. Eh, kung halimbawa'y hihintayin mong maka-panganak ka saka ka na lang aalis, kakailanganin mo ang passport mo. So, babayaran ninyo iyong agency ng mga reasonable expenses nila na nagastos para makuha ang inyong visa.
