Una, hindi mo sinabi kung sino ang naniningil sa iyo ng bayad para sa visa cancellation. Agency ba? Or iyong employer? Or iyong embassy? Aling embassy ba? Kasi, may mga embassy na talagang naniningil para sa mga visa na na-issue (halimbawa, sa Australian Embassy, ang visa application ay may application fee na kaakibat). So, kung ito ay binayaran ng agency at hindi naman aalis ang OFW, kailangan namang mabayaran ang agency ng kanilang paunang bayad.

Pangalawa, hindi mo sinabi kung ang paniningil ng cancellation ng visa ay covered sa ilalim ng contract of employment na iyong pinirmahan.
