Compulsory render of 30 days. obligado po na magrender ng 30 days upon resignation para may makuhakameng back pay nakalagay po sa kontrata . Ngayun po kapag di kame nagrender deducted po yung isang buwang sahod namen or basic pay namen sa backpay . Basta di ka nagrender or di mo nakompleto yung 30 days. nagdeduct po sila ng absent ko dahil di ko nakomplato yung rendering days ko at nagdeduct po sila ng isang buwang sahod dahil di ko natapos ang isang buwang oblidao naming tapusin . legal po ba ito ? may labang po ba ko kung sakalaing maghain ako ng reklamo sa NLRC , nagrender po ako pero pumirma napo ako ng contract sa kabilang company .. makakasuhan po bako ng dual employment kahit nagrerender nako sa kanila .

Hindi mo kasi nilinaw sa iyong post kung ito ay local employment o overseas employment. Ganito kasi iyon. Kung ikaw ay may contract of employment, the contract is the law between you and your employer.

Kung ang iyong contract ay POEA approved, hindi mo maitatanggi ang laman ng kontrata. Ngayon, ang back pay sa Pilipinas ay isang uri ng award kung ikaw ay illegally dismissed (backwages ang tawag dito). So, sa totoo, kung matatapos ang kontrata at ang isang benipisyo ay back pay, peri ang pagbabayad nito'y nakasalalay sa pagpasok mo sa trabaho ng huling 30 days, at hindi mo ginawa iyon, bakit naman magbabayad ang employer ng back pay sa iyo?

The best thing to do is to go to a lawyer, dalhin mo ang iyong contract, at nang makita ng lawyer, at masabi sa iyo kung ano ang mga karapatan mo.

Kung halimbawa tapos na ang kontract mo, at ikaw ay naghanap na ng ibang trabaho, hindi naman illegal iyon unless nakasaad sa contract mo na hindi ka puedeng mag-sign ng bagong contract of employment until after tapos iyong last 30 days.
