Nag positive sa illegal drugs sa Pre-Employment Medical Exam

Last January po nag positive po ako sa illegal drugs sa PEME (Pre-Employment Medical Examination) ko. Ano po ba dapat ko gawin para maka apply ako ulit sa pag babarko? Nagawa ko lang yon kasi sa bigat nang aking problema. At pinag sisihan ko nang malaki. Ano po ba dapat ko gawin para kung mag apply ako sa ibang agency wala na po ako problema? - Joey

Well, I am hoping that the results of the medical exam are confidential. I mean, na hindi ito inilalagay sa pool ng mga manning agents parang blacklist, ba. Kasi, sa mga bangko, kapag umutang ka't hindi nagbayad, may blacklist sila kaya pag nag-credit investigation, lumalabas lahat noon.

Pero, dapat, pag medical information, confidential iyon. Kasi, kung confidential ito, iyon lang dating agency mo ang makaka-alam na hindi ka pumasa sa drug test. Kaya puede kang mag-apply sa ibang agency, at ikaw ulit ay susuriin.

Ang problema nito, baka pabayaran sa iyo ang mga nagastos na ng manning agency mo dati. So, until mabayaran mo sila, baka hindi nila i-release ang documents mo. Dapat lang na bayaran sila kasi, nagka-gastos na sila sa iyo, thinking na okay ka naman. Ang pag-bagsak kasi sa drug test ay fault mo, hindi fault ng agency, so, the agency has to be compensated for what they have already advanced para doon sa mga medical test mo.

Ang isa pa, para tuluyang mawala ang lahat ng trace ng drugs sa katawan ng tao, it takes about 6 months. So, kung ngayong ka magpapa-medical exam at magpapa-test ulit, baka hindi ka pa pumasa dahil sa lalabas pa ito sa dugo o ihi mo.
