Do I have to pay for visa if I back out from agency employer? Pwede pa po ba ?

Nag apply po ako sa agency for Kuwait DH. Tapos ang sabi nila dumating ang ang visa ko. Pwede pa po ba akong mag back out without paying the visa kasi nag insist po ang agency bayaran ko daw yung visa ko nang 5000. Do I really have to pay?

Ganito kasi iyon, ang ibang mga agency, may visa application fee. so, if your agency advanced the money para sa visa application fee mo, tapos ikaw naman ay hindi tutuloy na mag-trabaho abroad, eh, di, lugi sila. Hindi maibabalik sa kanila ang nagastos nila para mai-labas ang visa mo.

Kung halimbawa ikaw ay singilin ng agency mo at i-hold ang mga papeles mo, kailangan na maipakita nila kung saan nanggaling ang sinisinggil nila na 5000. Kung may binayaran sila na visa application fee sa embassy ng Kuwait, kailangan ilabas nila at ipakita nila sa iyo ang resibo mula sa Embassy of Kuwait. KUng walang maipakitang resibo na binayaran sila, bakit mo naman babayaran ang sinisingil sa iyo kung wala naman palang basehan ang kanilang sinisingil na amount?

May pinirmahan ka bang kasunduan sa kanila na ikaw ay pumapayag na magbayad ng kung anong halaga kung maasikaso na nila ang visa mo at ikaw ay mag-back-out? Ano ang proof nila na talagang may visa na? Kung hindi nila maipakita sa iyo ang passport mo na may tatak na visa mula sa Kuwaiti Embassy, you are well within your rights na idemanda ang agency na iyan. They are coercing you to pay an amount that has no basis in contract or in reality.

same question po, atty need your advice on this matter po please.
mag wwithdrawal ng passport ang asawa ko from his agency kase po antagal na niyang nag hhintay para makaalis (bound to jeddah). april pa sya nag apply sa agency nya til now ang laging sagot eh waiting pa daw ng sagot ng employer regarding sa plane ticket nila. may binigay ng copy ng visa ang agency nya (XEROX) nakapag PDOS na po sya and nagbayad kami ng 10k for processing fee daw. eh ngayon po gusto na sana namin magback out sya dun to think na ilang months na syang nag aantay. maeexpired na ang visa na binigay nila on aug. and ayaw na din namin syang paalisin kasi may gera po ngayon dun sa jeddah nkakatakot po. tumawag po kami sa agency nya and ayaw pong ibigay ang passport nya. kelangan daw po nyang magbayad ng 20k. is it possible po na magbayad kami ng ganung amount para lang makuwa namin yung passport nya sa agency na yun, even nagbayad naman kmi ng processing fee sknila??? salamat atty gusto lang po namin ma enlighten. thankyou so much po

Kapareho po kami nga case, Pababayarin daw ako ng 50k dahil may working visa na ako at hindi pa ako nakapag medical at sign in contract.

please po tulungan niyo ako, first time ko po kasi, pinipilit nila ako na magpa medical at kung aatrass ako makakabayad ako ng 50k.
