Withdraw application Domestic Helper training 2015 sa agency passport

Ano po dapat gawin ko: Nag withdraw po kasi ako sa application ko, wala pa po ako contract at hindi pa ako nag-training DH po. 2015 po ako nag apply, bumalik ako sa agency para kunin ang passport ko last Wednesday po, kasi may pambayad na ako ng medical na sinabi ng manager dapat ko bayaran yon. Pumunta ako para kunin, wala ang manager sa i ng mga staff. Bumalik na lang ako kasi hindi nila alam kong may penalty ako. Itanong ko daw sa manager nila, tawagan ko daw saka na ako daw balik pag sinabi ng manager ano dapat ko bayaran.


Tinatawagan ko manager hindi makontak nakapatay ang phone nya. Nag viber na ako at nagtext "seen" lang nakikita ko, hindi nya ako sinasagot po. 2019 pa po mag expire passport ko. Nagtataka din po ako non sinabi ng staff seven thousand daw ang medical na babayaran ko. Ang sabi ng manager dati five thousand kasi 2500x2 yon phase 1 at phase 2. Ano po gagawin ko para makakuha passport ko? Mukhang iipitin nila ako sa babayaran ko wala nga ako pera tagal ko pinag iponan yon pambayad ko ng medical. Salamat po sa tulong. Kung ikaw ay nag-apply para mag-abroad noong pang 2015 at hanggang ngayon ay hindi ka pa nade-deploy, may karapatan ka nang kuhanin ang passport mo dahil sa iyo iyon. Ngayon, dapat din namang bayaran mo ang agency para sa halaga noong medical examination na ginastusan nila. Kaso, dapat ay rasonable ang halaga.

Ihabla mo nalang siguro kung ayaw kang pansinin or ayaw makipag-usap sa iyo. Kung ang pinababayaran sa iyo ay sobra doon sa dapat mong bayaran, dapat nga sigurong ihabla na.

Kung gusto mo, kasuhan mo sa barangay office na pinaka-malapit sa opisina ng agency mo. Hayaan mo na ang barangay ang mamagitan sa inyo. Kung hindi pumayag, pumunta ka sa pulis. Kung hindi naman, pumunta ka sa Office of Legal Aid sa University of the Philippines Diliman. Ang UST ay may Office of Legal Aid din. Tumutulong din sila sa mga OFW na katulad mo.
