Passport withdrawal from agency, sobrang tagal 6 months na naghihintay

Gusto ko po sana kunin ang passport ko sa agency. Kasi since August 2015 ko pa eto binigay sa kanila at ngayon ay February 2016 na.

Sobrang tagal na po ang hinintay ko para ma-process nila papers ko. Direct hire po ako sa Saudi at direct ko po nakakausap yun employer ko. Kaso until now po wala po definite date kung kelan matatapos papers ko. Last na reply po ng agency is meron na daw visa pero wala pa J.O. Wala pa po ako pinipirmahan na contract sa agency.

Sorry, ha? Medyo malabo sa akin ang kuwento mo. Ibinigay mo ang passport mo sa agency? Pero, direct hire ka? Kasi, kung direct hire ka, hindi mo kailangan ng agency. At, siya nga pala, ang direct hiring ay bawal sa ilalim ng Labor Code. So, hindi ko maintindihan ang kuwento mo.

Kung ang tinatanong mo ay kung puede mong bawiin ang pasaporte mo, puede. Pero, siguradong ang agency ay aalma at sasabihing nagka-gastos na sila sa iyo kung kayat ibabalik lamang nila ang iyong pasaporte kung babayaran mo ang mga nagastos nila.

So, kailangan mo ng payo ng abogado na mapagsasabihan mo ng lahat ng nangyari at lahat ng buong pangyayari ukol dito. Sa akin, malabo ang kuwento mo kaya hindi kita mapapayuhan.

direct po ako ma'am, meaning po ako mismo ang nakahanap ng work sa saudi, at pinadaan po sa agency para po maging legal lahat at maging madali processing. meron na po tayo name hire method sa poea or direct hire method. in my case pinadaan ko po sa agency since yun po ang prefer ng company in KSA kung saan sila kumukuha ng manpower. Meron na po ako visa sa saudi issued december 9,2015 with a 90 days of validity. meaning po ma'am mga around march 10, 2016 ma eexpired na po yun visa. so I decided to withdraw my application and look for another job.
