Ang bahay po namin ay nakatayo pa ng mahigit 30 years at kailan lang ang pinsan namin nagpapatayo ng bahay sa halos harap ng bahay namin ang problema po sinakop lahat at wala po kaming madaanan, ano po ba ang nakasaad tungkol po sa right of way at ano po dapat naming gawin.

Kung nauna kayong nagtirik ng bahay ninyo sa lupa, hindi puedeng harangan ang daraanan ninyo. Kailangan kayo'y may entry at exit mula sa inyong bahay. Kailangan din ay hindi matatakpan ang hangin at ilaw. Meron pang ibang mga batas patungkol sa mga easement.

Hindi kita mabibigyan ng legal advice. kasi, una, hindi ko nakita ang aktuwal na kinalalagyan ng bahay ninyo at iyong ipinatatayo ng inyong pinsan. Pangalawa, hindi ko alam kung ang lupa ay co-owned ninyo bilang heirs. kasi, if you are co-owners and heirs of that piece of land, dapat ang paghahati ng lupa (at pagtitirik ng bahay) ay ayon sa mga shares ng paghahati at ayon sa dami ng mga heirs.
