Ano po ba ang pwede ko isampang kaso sa isang tiwaling empleyado ng DAR?


Nakabili po kami ng maliit na sakahan sa Pilipinas at gusto namin ipatransfer sa pangalan naming mag-asawa ang titulo ng lupa, ang problema po ay hindi pa under ng CLOA un lupa. Dahil nasa ibang bansa kami at hindi namin alam ang proseso ng pag aayos ng titulo, nagpatulong kami sa isang empleyado ng DAR. Hiningan nya copy ng copy ng deed of sale at SPA, at pinagbayad ng almost 70K para daw maprocess agad un papeles. Halos kalahating taon na po kami nag iintay wala pa rin kami titulong nakikita, at kapag nag pafollow up naman kami sinasabi nya na on process pa. Alam ko po na nabiktima kami ng pangloloko kaya gusto ko po humingi ng payo kung ano kaso ang pede namin isampa laban sa kanya. May mga kopya kami ng remittance ng pera at mga ilang palitan ng men

ARe you here in the Philippines now? If you are not yet here, you cannot file a case yet. You have to file a complaint with the Ombudsman.

Before you file a case with the Ombudsman, you might want to entrap this person with the help of the NBI. Kunwari, gusto ninyo talagang mailipat sa pangalan ninyo, tapos, kapag magbabayaran na kayo, huhulihin na siya ng NBI.

Please talk to a lawyer. And please come back to the Philippines. Hindi ninyo maihahabla ang taong ito kung kayo'y wala sa Pilipinas.
