Ang isang loan, kapag hindi nabayaran, ay magbubunga ng isang personal action. Hindi kasi ako familiar sa Hong Kong law, kung maaaring magsampa ng kasong krimina kapag hindi nabayaran ang utang. So, hindi ko masabi sa iyo kung may kahaharapin kang criminal case.
Kung may criminal case ka kasi, talagang magkakaroon ka ng problema sa immigration. Pero, kung halimbawa, civil action for collection of a sum of money lang, hindi ka naman magkakaroon ng problems sa immigration.

Hindi ko masasagot kung bakit nagkaroon ng hit sa NBI ang kapatid mo. Hindi ko malalaman kung sino ang nagsampa ng asunto laban sa kanya. The only way to find out is to go to the NBI office and ask what the hit was for.
Puede kasi na may affiliate ang UAE bank dito sa Pilipinas at sila ang nagfile ng kaso, pero ang alam ko, sa NBI, ang lumalabas lang na mga hit ay iyong criminal cases na nai-file laban sa isang tao. Hindi lumalabas ang mga kasong civil. Kung collection lamang for a sum of money, civil case ito, so, hindi dapat lumabas ito sa NBI hit.
Pero kung nag-file ng fraud or embezzlement ang UAE bank dito sa Pilipinas, well, you should always consult a lawyer and always go to the NBI with a lawyer. If you ask assistance from the PAO, you can always ask the PAO to make inquiries in your behalf as your lawyer.
