Yong lote po mother title cya (OCT) at "Free Patent". Nabili po namin 373 sq.meters at pina-title ko under my name at tapos na po title nya. Pwede ko ba gawing collateral yong lote kahit Free Patent?

I don't understand the story.

Did you mean that the land was originally covered by a free patent? And then, out of the land covered by the free patent, you carved out 373 square meters and had that smaller lot registered in your name?

When you say you had it registered in your name, you mean that you now have a separate TCT covering the 373 square meters? Or do you mean that you have succeeded in having your free patent registered such that you have in your possession a mother title covering the entire parcel of land?

Alin ang gusto mong gamitin na collateral? Iyong mother title? Or yung TCT para doon sa 373? See? Naguguluhan ako sa kuwento mo. Kaya hindi kita masasagot.

I think that your interests will be better served and protected if you consult a lawyer who can actually see and read the documents that you have mentioned. As I have not seen or read those documents (I am not even sure if I understood the story), I cannot give you an opinion. Please go and see a lawyer.
