Pwede pa bang maibalik ang downpayment sa house and lot loan financing?

Hindi na ba talaga maibabalik ung binayad mo sa down payment pag gusto mo na mag withdraw? Kasi kumuha ako ng house and lot, sabi ng developer 10% ang kailangang e fully paid through Pagibig financing. Tapos nung nabayaran ko na 30% daw ang through pagibig financing, pwedi ko pa po ba makuha ulit yung una ko naidown?

Nagugulohan kasi ako di ko alam kung tama ba na magbayad ng 30% ayaw ko naman ng bank financing. Pahingi ng payo po sa mga nakakaalam. Salamat

Please look at your contract to sell. Doon ninyo makikita ang inyong mga karapatan. Kung kayo'y may karapatan na maibalik ang inyong downpayment at ayaw lamang ibalik, puede ninyo silang ireklamo.

Your contract is the law between the parties. Ngayon, kung illegal ang nakalagay sa kontract, puede din ninyo itong kuwestiyunin.

Sa totoo po, kung bumili ka ng appliance sa mall, puedeng ibalik, diba? Ano ang kinaiba ng bilihan ng lupa? Hindi naman nababawasan ang halaga ng lupa? Please consult a lawyer so that you can know your rights under the contract and then also know if the contract you sign is against law and public policy.
