Dinivorce sa Sweden, at nagpakasal ulit, magkaka-problema ba pag nag apply ng visa? Filipino citizen

Ako po ay kinasal sa sweden pero divorce na po kami at nagpakasal ulit ako pero sa Pinoy na.

Ngayun yong kasal ko po pala sa Sweden naka rehestro sa Pilipinas, at kinasal na ako sa pinoy dito sa sweden.Mag aaply na po kami ng visa, magkakadiperensya po ba? Kasi Filipino cetisen plang ako.

Kung Swede ang una mong asawa, at kayo ay kinasal tapos nagpa-divorce, iyong divorce decree mo na galing sa Swedish court, puede mong ipa-rehistro sa Philippine Statistics Authority sa Pilipinas. Kasi, iyon namang asawa mo ang nag-divorce sa iyo.

Ang problema ko lang sa kuwento mo, sabi mo, nagpakasal ka na sa Pinoy. So, ang tanong ko, paano kang nakapag-pa-kasal sa isang Pinoy ulit? Eh, sa records sa PSA (dating NSO) ikaw ay married pa.

Magulo ang kuwento mo. Paano kayo naka-kuha ng marriage certificate para magpa-kasal noong Pinoy kung hindi mo pa naipapa-rehistro ang divorce mo mula doon sa Swede?

Magulo ang kuwento. So, pinaka-maganda, magtanong ka sa abogado, dalhin mo ang lahat ng papeles mo. Hindi kita matutulungan o masasagot ng matino kasi, hindi ko nga maintindihan ang iyong kuwento.

Hello po, dto na po ako kinasal ulit sa swede ng pinoy, pero divorce na po kami ng Swedish dto sa sweden. Anu po gagawin ko pag sa pinas na po kasi mag aaply na kami visa ng pinoy papunta po dto swede.
