Transferring or enrolling to other university problem

Now my question is puwede po kayang makapag enrol ulit ako sa isang semi-Private University bilang freshman para makapag aral this coming semester?

Ito ay withheld due to nonpayment of fees).

Delikado.

Honesty is still the best policy.

I see po atty..
But to clarify things lng po.. lagpas na daw po sa dropping period kaya sinabi ko nalang po ok lng po na 5.0 nalang failing.. ireretake ko nalang po siya kasi, wala naman sinabi ang admin namin about having problem in failing or not attending class po, she just informed me na i will receive failing grade and asked me if i am fine with it..

to be honest po 4months lng kami trisem .. 14weeks for a sem. 7th weeks midterm 14th is finals.. 9weeks po walang prof na pumapasok, then in the 10th week or 11th po ata saka my pumalit na maayos then may 5 is our midterm and may 18 is our finals. Ano naman po matututunan dun kaya i decided to drop of FAIL the subject.. there is no contract or term of condition i have just signed too for the scholarship.. actually po its a scholarship of the jolibee. They are just giving discounted misc fee for the working students. My manager in the store didn't tell me about having problem in accusing as abandonment din nmn po.. if i knew the concequences then i tried to cope up and pass the subject like my accounting 1a 6units na same case last semester.

I forgot in include lang po. Ofcourse there is a contract and term of condition in my work (jolibee contract for 5years that i am one of their scholars) but in my private institute theres nothing that ive signed or read/knowledge about failing and not attending academic will result me in ABANDONMENT for me to force to pay the misc fee.
