Ako ay umuwi sa Pilipinas galing ng Saudi Arabia at may naiwan na pagkaka-utang sa bangko. May pananagutan pa din ba ako kahit nasa Pilipinas na ako. Ano batas sa ganitong kaso? Salamat

Let me clarify, may naiwan kang unpaid loan sa SAudi? And then, even without having fully paid for the loan, you left Saudi Arabia. You are back here in the Philippines.
You want to know if the lender in Saudi can still run after you?
Well,it all depends. How much was left unpaid? Kasi, if the cost of running after you will be so much more than the loan you are supposed to pay, baka hindi na nila ito i-pursue. Kaso nga lang, if it is a bank from which you got a loan, they will keep records of your debt and every time mag credit check, lalo na kung international bank na meron ding counterpart, sa Pilipinas, well, baka maapektuhann ka pa rin.
They can hire collection agents to run after you. They can harass you and make trouble for you para mapblacklist ka na sa Saudi Arabia. Or, they may file criminal cases against you and then, when you go back there, they will just arrest you.
Consult a lawyer to whom you can provide details. I cannot even begin to give an opinion without knowing all the significant factts.
