I ask a questions about the abondonedment of the father to his wife and children and got married in abroad, but still married here in the Philippines. But the children is on the right age. May habol pa ba sila sa tatay nila o yung asawa sa Pilipinas? Is she still have the rights?

Please get a lawyer. First, only a minor child has a right to support. If a child has already reached majority age, there is no more right to support unless the child has a disability.

The wife can always file a criminal complaint for bigamy if the man married more than once here in the Philippines. If the marriages he entered into are in other countries, you can still file a case, but you will have difficulty with evidence.

Bottom line -- go see a lawyer for advise. You have probable slept on your rigts for 30 years because you did not act to seek support. Maybe if the father is dead, you can seek rights as heirs.

Please consult a lawyer.
