Mapanirang post sa Social Media

Hi po. Manghihingi lang po ako ng legal advice patungkol sa nangyari sa aking kaibigan. May branch po sila sa isang lugar at may pinagkatiwalaan na tao ang kanyang mga magulang upang magbantay sa nasabing branch. Dumating ang isang araw na nag post sa social media ang nasabing katiwala ng hindi magaganda patungkol sa magulang ng aking kaibigan. Ilan sa nilalaman ng nasabing post ay naglalaman ng mga mapanirang bagay na walang katotohanan. Sinabi ng katiwala na hindi umano binayaran ang kanyang sahod, at nag present pa sya ng mga amount na sinasabi nyang hindi binayaran sakanya. Sinabi nya pa sa naturang post na muntik ng idemanda ang kanyang ina dahil sa manloloko ito. Na wala namang katotohanan. Hiniling din ng katiwala sa naturang post na sana mabangga ang kanyang magulang. Pagkalipas ng ilang araw, nagpost din ang aking kaibigan bilang tugon sa nasabing mpanirang post ng katiwala. Sinabi ng aking kaibigan kung ano ang totoo. Nadagdagan ang mga naturang post ng aking kaibigan. Ngayon po, binabaligtad na po nila ang sitwasyon. Umalma ang kapatid ng katiwala ang nananakot na sasampahan daw ng kaso ang aking kaibigan dahil sa patuloy nitong pag aadd sa social media ng mga kakilala ng katiwala. Posible po ba na makusahan nila ang aking kaibigan pati nadin ang mga kasangkot sa naturang mga post? Thank you

Hindi ko masasagot. Una, hindi ko nakita ang mga post. Pangalawa, hindi ko alam kung ano ang nangyari. Ang pinaka-maganda, pumunta kayo sa NBI sa kanilang CyberCrimes division. Ask for their advice and make sure that they can see the posts.
Sa halip na inyong sinagot ang post, dapat ay ini-report na lamang ninyo ito sa FaceBook. Para ang post ay matanggal. Lalo lamang ninyong pinalaki ang problema. Dahil sa ang friend mo pa ay sumagot at nag-tag ng mga friends. You should have just reported it to facebook and asked facebook to delete the post.

Or, you could have unfriended, unfollowed and blocked that person. And then, you can ask your common friends to do the same.
