Nakatira sa lupa na hindi pagmamay ari

Nakatira kami sa isang lupain na hindi namin pagmamay ari. Almost 50 years nang nakatira ang pamilya namin duon. Marami pong umaangkin sa lupang ito dahil malapit po sya sa kalsada at pwedeng gawin na commercial lot. Umabot na nga po na parang na harass na kami kasi gusto kami paalisin pero wala naman maipakit na titulo ng lupa o legal na kautusan na dapat kaming umalis. Maraming kwento kwento din na wala na o hindi alam ang may ari ng lupa. Ngayon po tanong ko lang ano po ang pwede naming gawin para magakaroon ng peace of mind? Plano po naming bilhin na lang ang lupa subalit hindi namin alam kung papa ano at saan pupunta o sino ang pupuntahan. Pahinge naman po kami ng advise. Salamat

Naku, ang lupa na nasa tabi ng kalsada? Malamang sa mayroon nang registered owner iyan. Kailangan muna ninyong mahanap ang titulo (kung meron na nga). Kasi, doon sa titulo nakalagay kung sino ang registered owner. Pati kung ito ay nakasanla, nakalagay din doon bilang annotation kung kanino ito nakasanla.
Doon lamang ninyo malalaman kung sino ang may-ari at saka pa lamang ninyo puedeng tanungin sa may-ari kung interesado ba silang ibenta ito sa inyo. Alamin din ninyo dahil sa baka ito ay isang piraso ng isang mas malaking lupa na naka-rehistro nga sa ilalim ng isang OTC. So, unless mahanap ninyo kung may rehistro nga ito, may titulo, hindi ninyo ito mabibili.

Mayroon pong bininbinta samin na lupa, ngunit deeds of sale lang po mayroon sila. kung bibilhin po ba namin, wala po bang magiging problema in the future?
