Normal lang po ba sa buntis ang pananakit ng balakang at sa bandang puwet?.14 weeks and 4 day na po ako...

Hi! Yes. It is commen among pregnant women pero usually ito ay nararamdaman kapag malaki na ang tiyan at mas mataas ang stress ng likod upang mabitbit si baby. Makakatulong ang mild stretching/exercise at pag shift ng position from time sa ngayon bilang maliit pa lamang ang tiyan mo at 14 weeks :)

Ang mga buntis ay prone din magka impeksyon sa ihi. Minsan, this presents as pain sa lower back area. Kung hindi muscles ang problem (parang ngalay) mainam na mapatignan mo ang itong ihi :)
