Nakatanggap ng tawag ang kapitang si Joe Figueroa ng Baranggay Pulong Gubat, Bulacan na may bangkay na natagpuan sa ilog, agad silang humingi ng tulong sa mga pulisya at napag alaman na hindi residente ng Bulacan ang biktima. Tantiya nila nasa edad 30-35, may taas na 5’5 o 5’5, maputi, mahaba ang buhok, may retainer sa ngipin nito, naka spaghetti shirt at maiksi ang maong shorts. Brutal ang pagpatay sa babae na pagkatapos saktan ay hindi pa nakuntento ang salarin at tinapon pa ito sa ilog. Nakitaan ng mga sugat ang bangkay sa batok, kanang mukha, kaliwang bahagi ng ulo na posibleng pinalo ng matigas na bagay.
