May bisa ba ang divorce sa Hong Kong kapag kasal sa Pilipinas?

Magbabakasakali lang din po ako, baka sakaling mabigyan niyo ng konting panahon at mapaliwanagan niyo na rin ako... Kasal po kami sa civil, mayors office po. Hiwalay na kami ng 5 years. Sa ngayon may kinakasama na po ex wife ko at nasa Hong Kong.

Ngayon po magpapakasal na sila ng bf niya na andun din sa HK. At sabi dun na lang niya ako idi-divorce. Pipirmahan ko naman yun divorce letter na galing sa Hongkong ibig sabihin pumapayag ako.

Tanong ko po: Matatawag po ba na legal yun pagdidivorce niya sa aken sa ibang bansa sa HK? Kahit na pumapayag ako? Maari ba magkaroon ng penalty yun ex-wife ko or maari kaya siya makasuhan o anuman na mula dito sa pinas? May bisa po ba eto saten dito sa pinas? Sana msgot nyo po ako..maraming slmat!
