Philhealth Registration for New members

Philhealth member registration procedures

 

• Fill out PhilHealth Member Registration Form

 (http://www.philhealth.gov.ph/downloads/membership/pmrf.pdf)

 

• Attach clear copy of supporting documents for qualified dependents to be declared

 

• Registrant will be issued his/her PhilHealth Identification Number or PIN and the PhilHealth Member Registration Form or PMRF and shall be asked to pay the required premiums to the PhilHealth Cashier. Succeeding premium payments may be made at any of PhilHealth’s accredited collecting banks. Premium requirements

 

• Individually Paying Members (IPMs) earning an average monthly income of P25,000 and below pay P300 quarterly or P1,200 per year, while those earning above P25,000 pay P600 quarterly or P2,400 per year. Premium contributions may be paid quarterly, semi-annually or annually.

 

To submit,  go to any Philhealth office.

Unlike others, we don't charge users fees for asking questions from our medical, legal and other experts. This is because we want to keep our services free and accessible to all, regardless of social or financial status.

But it's difficult and expensive work. While more underserved Filipinos are using BuhayOFW, none are paying for it. And advertising revenues are minimal. Nevertheless, we have costs like any other top site: servers, power, rent, programs, staff, medical/legal experts, etc. We take no government funds; we run on donations.

So if you value our work in helping less fortunate Filipino friends, then become a Supporter and help make our future more secure. Help us continue our work.
