Pag ipa declare po niya lost passport po ang kaibigan ko na po ba ang magrerenew since the passport will expire August 2020 pa po at pwede po bang gamitin nang kaibigan ko ang married name niya since lahat nang I.d niya po na change na po into married name. Hindi po ba siya tatanungin nang officer sa DFA kasi po kinasal kaibigan ko po 2013 at ang kapatid niya po na gumamit sa name niya sa passport still working as OFW that year when she got married po atty. Maraming salamat po atty.
