Good morning. I would like to seek help regarding the issue of my friend. Earlier this June, Girl X posted regarding her mom using harsh words to the extent that she formulated things that aren't true. She even wish that my friend's parents to be in accident. After a week, my friend also posted in Facebook as a response to what the Girl X said. My friend presented the truth wherein Girl X was really the one who has been dishonest to her mom. Girl X was her mom’s saleslady in their branch. She did not remit sales to her mom. My friend keeps on posting and adding the Girl X’s Facebook friends. My question is, is there any possible case that Girl X can file against my friend? Because they are saying that they will sue my friend for what she did wherein she just reacted normal to someone who makes false statements about her mom thru social media wherein everybody can read it.
